These terms govern 1:1 EAFC coaching services provided by Jahaan Khan (“the Coach”). By booking a session, you agree to the terms below.
The Service
Coaching is delivered remotely over video call and screen share, reviewing gameplay recorded from console or PC. Packages range from a single Performance Assessment to a 13-session program, priced as listed on the Site (currently ₹1,650 to ₹17,000).
Booking & Payment
Sessions are currently booked and confirmed directly via Instagram DM or WhatsApp, not through an on-site checkout. Payment method and timing are confirmed directly with the Coach at the time of booking.

I don’t have a specified payment method (UPI, bank transfer, payment link, etc.) or whether payment is required upfront or after the first session — tell me and I’ll add it here explicitly.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Reasonable notice should be given to reschedule or cancel a booked session so the slot can be offered to another student.
To confirm with Jahaan
No specific cancellation window or refund policy has been defined yet (e.g. “24 hours notice”, “no refunds after session starts”). This is the one section a student is most likely to actually reference — worth deciding and confirming before this page is treated as final.
No Guaranteed Outcomes
Coaching provides guidance, analysis, and a structured improvement process. Actual improvement in rank, division, or results depends on the student’s own practice and application — the Coach does not guarantee specific outcomes.
Conduct
Sessions are expected to be conducted respectfully. The Coach reserves the right to end a session early or decline future bookings in cases of abusive or disrespectful behaviour.
Intellectual Property
Coaching methodology, session notes, and any materials provided during coaching are the Coach’s own work, shared for your personal use. They should not be redistributed, resold, or republished without permission.
Limitation of Liability
The Coach is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this coaching service, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with disputes subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the coaching offer or booking process changes. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
